Full-Service property support in Latvia

What German investors gain from our property services

We support German investors who own or plan to acquire property in Latvia and need a reliable local partner on the ground. Our role is not limited to one stage of the process. We help coordinate practical, legal, technical, and property-related matters before and after acquisition, making ownership in Latvia easier to manage from abroad.

More than a real estate contact — a local service partner

We are not a traditional real estate agency focused only on brokerage. Our role is different. We work as a local service and property support partner for investors who need trustworthy assistance in Latvia, whether the property is an apartment, house, land plot, forest property, or another asset.

For many foreign investors, the biggest challenge is not only finding a property, but managing everything that comes after. This includes communication with local parties, practical organisation, legal coordination, maintenance, supervision, tenant-related matters, and ongoing property care. This is where our service becomes valuable.

Reliable local support for owners based abroad

Local oversight that saves time

For investors based in Germany, property ownership in Latvia can quickly become time-consuming without the right local support. We help reduce that burden by handling practical follow-up, local coordination, and on-the-ground oversight when needed.

One contact for multiple needs

Instead of dealing separately with sellers, contractors, service providers, tenants, or local partners, investors benefit from having one reliable point of contact in Latvia. This makes communication simpler, faster, and more efficient.

Support tailored to the property type

Different properties require different types of support. Apartments and houses may need management, repairs, or tenant-related assistance, while land and forest properties often require inspections, upkeep, mowing, clearing, or regular local attention. Our service is adapted to the actual needs of the property.

My professional experience is built across several industries that all contribute directly to the way I work with property today: sales, operations, construction-related coordination, retail expansion, property management, and digital business.

I began my career in the sales sector at Latvia’s largest telecommunications company and later moved into the fashion retail industry, where I was involved in both commercial development and technical, construction-related matters. Over time, I have overseen the development of several buildings and houses, which has given me a practical understanding of property that extends well beyond theory.

During the Covid period, I created a network of 10 clothing stores across Latvia and Estonia. That business was later sold. Today, alongside my work in property management, I also operate in the digital sector as the owner of an IT company. Even though my professional background is broad, real estate is the field I consider especially important and personally compelling.

I am a German citizen living in Latvia, and my family’s connection to Latvia dates back to 1880, when my ancestors moved here from Berlin. This gives me a unique personal perspective when working with German-speaking clients who are considering property ownership in Latvia.

I also believe in being transparent from the beginning: although I am German, daily life in Latvia has not allowed me to maintain strong spoken German over the years. Written communication in German is possible, but English is often the clearest and most effective language for ongoing communication.

My role is to be a dependable local partner — someone who understands ownership not only as a transaction, but as an ongoing responsibility that requires structure, trust, and practical local support.

What we can help with

We help investors navigate the local process around property acquisition in Latvia. This may include coordination with local sellers, communication support, practical guidance, document-related follow-up, and assistance in working with the necessary local professionals involved in the transaction.

Property ownership in another country often requires clear local support. We help organise communication and coordination related to legal, administrative, and practical matters so the investor has a more structured and transparent process.

Once the property has been acquired, we can continue supporting the owner with day-to-day or long-term management needs. This includes supervision, maintenance coordination, local follow-up, service organisation, and practical oversight for owners who are based abroad.

If a house or apartment needs repairs, renovation work, technical improvements, or general upkeep, we can help organise the process locally. For foreign owners, this is often one of the most important parts of ownership, because reliable local coordination saves time, reduces stress, and protects the value of the property.

If the property is intended for rental use, we can help with practical tenant-related support, including local communication, coordination, supervision, and general assistance connected to occupancy and property condition.

For investors who own land or forest property in Latvia, we can also assist with local inspection, upkeep, mowing, clearing, and other practical site-related tasks. These property types often require regular local attention, and we provide support where physical presence is important.

When needed, we also help communicate and coordinate with local sellers, service providers, contractors, and other parties involved in the property. For foreign investors, having one local point of contact can make the entire ownership experience far more efficient.

Our service does not end after acquisition. We continue to support owners with practical local assistance, coordination, supervision, maintenance-related matters, tenant-related support, and communication with relevant local parties. This creates a more secure and manageable ownership experience for investors based outside Latvia.
